TREASURE MADNESS - TRAVEL TO FAIRYLAND

This week TM brings you back to your childhood with tales from Perrault! Born in 1628, Charles Perrault was one of the fairy tales pioneers, although the biggest part of his literary work was constituted by poems. In charge of the artistic and literary policies under the reign of Louis XIV, he participated in the building of the Academy of sciences and the reconstruction of the Academy of painting before entering the French Academy in 1671. During this period he began to collect and to rewrite tales stemming from the French oral tradition. Although those tales were firstly intended for adults, Perrault adapted them for children and added a moral for each of them. Discover the most famous of these tales thanks to the 7 new maps, including a VIP one. Follow Tom Thumb in his adventure against a cannibal ogre. Help Donkeyskin to flee from her castle and to marry Prince charming. Don't forget to invite all the fairies, without exception, for the birth of the Sleeping Beauty.
