How do I make money?
Your main source of income comes from selling produced goods. Also, entertainment buildings bring in some revenue. Complete your assistants’ quests and obtain prizes. And once you master one industry after another – receive your well-deserved awards. Try to diversify your business and soon all the cash will flow into your hands.
How do I increase my level?
The more experience you get, the higher your level is. Construct buildings, sign contracts, collect population from houses, save citizens from fires and treat sickness, receive awards and your level will steadily grow!
Why do I need energy?
Every building consumes a certain amount of energy – you can find this number in the building’s properties window. If you don’t have enough energy, you will not be able to construct new buildings.
How do I increase my energy?
In order to increase the energy available to you, you need to build Power Plants and Wind Mills. You can find them in the Shop opening the Service Buildings tab.
Why do I need the Administrative Building?
The Administrative Building is the heart of your city. The higher its level, the more buildings you can construct.
What’s the purpose of the Garage?
The Garage is the center of the traffic for all your goods. Here you can buy new cars and see how many you have already purchased.
What’s a Warehouse?
The Warehouse is the core of your business. Here you can store and sell the goods you have produced.
Where can I buy buildings?
You can buy buildings from the Shop. The Shop icon is in the lower left corner of the screen.
What is Happiness?
Happiness is the main factor that determines your citizens’ quality of life. You will not be able to increase your population if your citizens are not happy.
How do I increase Happiness?
Entertainment buildings make citizens happy. Each such building generates happiness to the amount specified in its properties window. You can buy entertainment buildings from the Shop.
Why do I need to increase Population?
Your citizens work at your plants and factories. If your population is scarce, you don’t have enough workers to produce goods and you will not be able to build new plants and factories.
How do I increase Population?
The population level depends on the amount of citizens you collect from residential houses. Buildings provide different amounts of citizens over different periods of time. You can see the number of citizens and the time it takes to produce them in the building’s properties window.
Why are my buildings on fire?
A fire can start in any building found on the map. Tap the burning building to put out the fire. Buildings cannot produce goods or money while they are on fire.
What does a red cross above the building mean?
A red cross appears only above residential buildings. It indicates that the citizens inside are sick and the house has temporarily stopped producing new citizens. Tap the house to call the paramedics. The production of citizens will resume instantly.
How do I change the name of the city?
Look for the My City button in the upper left corner of the screen. Tap it to access the window to change the city’s name. Type in a new name and tap OK.
What are production buildings for?
Production buildings are your main source of income. They produce goods which you can sell at an attractive price or use in further production.
What is a contract?
A contract is an agreement to produce goods which you sign with the production building. Each production building has its own set of contracts which can be found in the building’s properties window.
What are City Credits?
City Credits are a special kind of currency. They will help you grow your Big Business empire much faster. City Credits let you buy unique buildings which will get extra happiness for your citizens. You can also spend them to instantly complete construction, upgrade buildings, obtain additional space in the Warehouse, buy useful bonuses and much more.
How do I obtain City Credits?
City Credits are rare and thus highly valuable. You can get them only by reaching a new level, as a reward after passing some quests or at the bank.
What does the Zzz icon above the production building mean?
The Zzz icon indicates the production has come to a halt. You’re losing money!
Does the game offer bonuses?
You can make use of four types of bonuses. The Experience Bonus increases the amount of experience you gain from fulfilling a contract. The Production Bonus shortens the time it takes to produce goods. The Population Bonus increases the amount of people you get from residential houses. And the Luck Bonus boosts your chance of finding a useful item. Each of these bonuses can be purchased with City Credits.
What are cars for?
Cars carry resources to your production buildings and ship goods to your Warehouse.
What’s the difference between types of cars?
Each car type carries certain goods:
A Truck delivers products and other goods;
A Milk Truck – milk products;
Wood Truck – wood and lumber;
Fuel Truck – fuel products.
How do I buy a car?
You can only buy cars at the Garage. Tap the Garage building, then tap the To the Garage button to access the car purchase window. Select a car and choose the currency you will use for the purchase.
Where can cars travel?
Cars travel only on roads.
A road icon with an exclamation mark has appeared above the building. What does it mean? If you see this icon above one of your production buildings, it indicates that it is not connected by a road to your Garage or your Warehouse. If this icon appears above a residential or an entertainment building, it indicates there’s no road nearby.
Where can I build?
You can construct buildings on any free space of the available territory that has a road nearby.
Why do I need to upgrade buildings?
As you upgrade buildings, you boost their properties and get increased productivity, improved capacity and so on.
Why do I need to speed up construction?
Building a plant, factory, sushi-bar or a boutique may take a while. And it seems unfair that some have to wait while others are making money! You can grow your business empire much faster if you speed up construction with City Credits.
Do I get a refund if I demolish a building?
If you demolish a building, you will not get your money back. Actually you will have to part with some money to get the demolition team to take a building down.
How do I build roads?
Tap the Road icon on the panel at the bottom of the screen. Choose the tiles you want to pave the road on. Green tiles are just regular terrain, and brown tiles are the ones where you have your roads built.
What is a Storage?
Storage contains buildings you have constructed but for some reason decided to remove from the map.
Why do I need to add friends?
Your friends can lend a hand in creating your business empire. Friends can visit each other, helping with different tasks and giving useful gifts.
How do I help friends?
You can help your friends when you are visiting them. You can provide assistance only to functioning buildings. Unless your building is working, your friends will not be able to help you, so don't forget to check up on it regularly.
How do I use help?
After a friend has assisted you, a help icon appears above the building. It indicates that you can use your friend’s help to speed up production in the building. Engage your friends as often as possible: the more help points you get off a building, the more efficient they are.
What are help points?
You can help your friends by using your help points. As you start the game you have only 3 help points for each of your friends. As your Reputation grows, you will gain more help points and will become more efficient in assisting your friends.
What does Reputation do?
Any respected businessman is concerned about his reputation. Reputation determines the amount of help you can give to your friends, and also the effectiveness of the help you receive from your friends.
How do I maintain the Reputation level?
To maintain your Reputation, help your friends regularly. Otherwise, your Reputation will start to diminish.
How does Reputation influence the received help?
At the beginning, your friends can only help you collect revenue. As your Reputation grows, your friends will be able to help you construct and upgrade buildings, increase your population or even speed up production. Don’t miss out on a chance to become the most successful businessman!
What is rating and how do I get there?
Making your way to the top ratings is a mission for the wealthiest, most experienced and social players. But there’s nothing a real tycoon can’t tackle!

What is a corporation?
A corporation is a union of businessmen, which opens new horizons for your business. You will be able to take part in corporate events, sign better contracts, and find business partners that share your interests. Corporations also have a special chatroom, where businessmen can coordinate their actions or just have a casual conversation if all their business has been taken care of.
How do I join a corporation?
In order to join a corporation you need to construct a Business Center. This building will allow you to either join an existing corporation or create your own. If you decide to Look Up a Corporation, you can find one that you like most. Remember that you can apply only to one corporation. You can rescind your application at any time. The maximum application processing time is two days. After that time your application will be automatically rescinded.
How do I create my own corporation?
To create your own corporation you need to visit the Business Center. After you build it, you will have the choice to join an existing corporation or create a new one. If you decide to start a new corporation, you will be prompted to name it, choose a logo and give a short description which will be visible to other players. Note that the corporation name can consist only of Latin characters and numbers, and after you choose the name, it cannot be changed.
How do I leave a corporation?
To leave a corporation you need to find yourself on the corporation list and tap the X icon on the right. Once you leave, all your current progress in the corporation will be lost.
How do I disband a corporation?
To disband a corporation you first need to expel all the members. When you are the only member left, you can leave the corporation yourself, thus ending its existence. Bear in mind that all the corporation’s progress will be lost forever! Only the leader can disband a corporation.
What are corporate events?
Corporate events are missions for the members of your corporation. There are team missions as well as individual ones.
- Individual missions are given to each member of the corporation. Both the player and the corporation receive rating points for completing missions. The player also receives a personal reward, depending on the time it takes them to complete the mission.
- Team missions are more complex and are designed to include all the members of a corporation. If the players complete the corporate event, they and their corporation will receive rating points. Every member of the corporation will receive a personal reward depending on their input. If the corporation completes the mission on time, players receive a reward and the corporation gains additional rating points.
Why participate in corporate events?
Corporate events bring rating points, which affect the overall rating of your corporation and the ratings of its members. Also, if you manage to complete the event in time, you can get rewards like coins, experience, City Credits and items.
What are rating points for?
Rating points determine the most powerful corporations and players in Big Business.
How do I obtain rating points?
To gain rating points for their corporation, players have to complete corporate events. The corporation gets more rating points if its members successfully pass corporate missions.
How are rating points given out?
Rating points are given as a reward both to the corporation and its members. Rating points for contracts are awarded only if the corporate event is completed, regardless of the time spent on it. If you manage to pass the event in time, you will receive extra rating points and some valuable prizes. Rating points will be awarded to the corporation. The same amount of rating points will also be divided up between the members, according to their contribution.
Do I need to fill up all the containers? Why?
Each container that you fill up gets you a reward of experience and money (more than you would get by selling goods from your Warehouse). If you fill up all standard containers, you will receive an extra reward.
What is a VIP container?
Filling up a VIP container gets your money and experience reward tripled, as compared to filling up a standard container.
How do I get more containers?
The number of standard containers increases as you level up. The number of VIP containers depends on the level of your Trade Port.
Why does the ship sail away before I fill up all the containers?
The ship is in the Port for a limited time only. If you manage to fill up all standard containers before it sails, you will get experience, City Credits and one anchor as a reward.
How do I change resource type required to load the ship?
You cannot change the resource types manually. The required resources change automatically after the ship leaves the Port. You can send an unfilled ship away by tapping the ship icon.
How do I ask for friends’ help? Why should I resort to it?
When you tap a container, you will see a Help from friends button on the right side of the screen. Friends can help you fill the ship up in time and get additional rewards. When the ship comes into your Port, you can ask for your friends’ help only 4 times, and they can only help fill up standard containers.
How do I help a friend?
When your friend is asking for help, an exclamation mark appears next to their user icon (for instance, in your friend list). To help out a friend, you need to visit their city and tap the Trade Port to access the Port window where you will see the containers required to be filled up.
What do I get for helping friends?
If you fill your friend’s container, you will receive money as a reward as well as a chance to find an anchor.
How do I upgrade the Trade Port?
Fill the ships with goods, and let them sail to receive anchors. When you have enough anchors you will be able to upgrade your Trade Port.
Where can I get anchors to upgrade my Port?
Anchors are given as a reward for filling up all standard containers on a ship.
How do I know which resources are required to fill up the next ship?
Tap the Port while the ship is away. You will access a window with resources required to fill up the next ship.
