Q: Why am I still having technical issues after installing FarmVille 2 X-Press Extension?
Howdy Farmer, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience you are facing, as you know, Farmville 2 runs on Flash application and all the major browsers are withdrawing support for that. Your browser will get updated in the background and you might start seeing pop-ups before entering the game. In few months, you might even have a problem finding the pop-up on your own. To help you overcome this recurring permission for flash, we have the Xpress extension, this helps you bypass those pop-ups and enter the game easily. In addition, it also gives you an amazing opportunity to the get the help from your friends easily by adding the shortcut to your browser. Every level here gets challenging as you progress. There is a process, strategy and flow related to each feature making it unique, this applies to the inventory storage limits as well. Q: Will you be adding back the option to delete Neighbors?
Hello Farmer, we completely understand the pain of having inactive players as neighbors and being unable to delete them after reaching your neighbor limit. This feedback is very valuable to us and the team will look into it for a quick and feasible solution and do our best to deliver it soon.
Q: Can you please add an accept all button for the inbox?
It’s a fantastic suggestion but according to our evaluation, it is in the best interest of the player to not have this change made. As we are aware of the storage capacity limits on some of our consumables and virals, having an accept all button may result in some of the consumables going to waste as they won’t get stored in the inventory. We would suggest you to accept your gifts received in the inbox as per your requirement in the game for the best experience.

Q: Will there be new ways to get Fertilizer?
The team is always cooking up ways to improve the gameplay for the players. Fertilizer is an important resource and providing new ways to obtain that, can be of great help. However, doing so might affect the balance of the game making it a not so enjoyable experience, so the team would need to carefully evaluate this.
Q: How do you deal with cheaters?
Honesty is the best policy and FarmVille 2 abides by it always! We don’t appreciate the cheaters just as much as any other honest player. So here’s your chance to make a change farmers! Q: Can you move the Rich Order Board away from the upper right side?
Hi Farmer, we are sorry to hear you want the orderboard to be moved. As you know, the Rich Order Board is a vital part of our game, it will be very difficult for us to reposition it or move it now as a lot of players engage with it daily and are familiar with the way it works. We will definitely keep this feedback in mind and try to come up with a better solution for everyone, for this!

It’s winter and we know you love snow! we are letting you on a secret! The FarmVille2 Christmas celebrations are around the corner, can’t say more right now, but you may just hear about this snow clad farm named MerryVille very soon!
Q: What is the highest earned points/farm in Farmville2?
We love that you look forward to levelling up! Currently, the highest level a player can reach is 420 and we can’t wait for you to get there. You never know, this might not be the highest level for long! ;)
