To be prepared for the journey  you'll need some specific artifacts hidden in Brazil  and at the Horse Track  So, if you have the following buildings, it will be a great help for you to organize the journey 

Brazilian Theatre (it also drops 3-9 Winter Coins  every 12 hours until January 31st, 09:00 UTC)

Statue of the Redeemer (it also drops 7-12 Winter Coins  every 24 hours until January 31st, 09:00 UTC)

Horse Track (it also drops 1-3 Winter Coins  every 6 hours until January 31st, 09:00 UTC)
