How do I change my nickname?
You get one free chance to change your nickname during the tutorial. Later on, you can do so for 300 gems in Settings.
Can I change my Lord's appearance?
You can do that in the Lord menu or by pressing your avatar in the top right corner. There are several available styles and races: anything from vampires to forest dwellers. Saving a style costs 100 gems.

Chat is currently in beta mode, and only available to guild members.

After reaching five stars, you can upgrade a hero with an enchantment. You'll need 100 hero shards for one attempt. There's a chance that the enchantment will be successful and the hero's stats will increase.

What is the astrology season?
The astrology season provides buffs to heroes that line up with the current season. When the season changes, so do the conditions, bonuses, and set of heroes that get advantages.
What if I get a duplicate hero?
You'll get shards of this hero. The number of shards depends on the number of stars the hero starts with.
Arena
How are opponents selected?
Based on arena points earned. Player level does not affect selection — only your league and rating do.
Who does my hero fight against?
The enemy's defensive team. This means that you should check that your current defensive team is up to date so that your heroes are not weaker than your potential enemies.
How do I change my team?
Click on the crossed swords in the Arena menu. Go to Your Team and press Change. This window also displays your points and your enemy's points.
What's the reward for victory?

How do I get to the next league level?
Earn the specified number of points, and you'll automatically move up to the next league.
Why can't I purchase some heroes in the Arena Store?

Guilds
What are guilds for?
To take part in game events, find friends, and help each other.
How does the Pot event work?
Players collect pots with Arena victories to increase their level. Reach the maximum level to earn the best reward. The event is held from Tuesday until Wednesday. At the end of the event, players receive [Union Points] in their mailbox, which can be spent in the Guild Store.
What is the maximum number of Guild members?
Currently, it is 30 members. Guild capacity cannot be increased.
Will my Union Points be saved if I change guilds?
Yes, points will be saved.
What happens if a leader is absent for a long time?
If the leader is not online for more than 15 days, one of the officers becomes the new leader.

Adventures
Why can't I go on some adventures?
Adventures are available on certain weekdays. All three adventures are open on Sundays.
What happens if I save battle results?
If you do this, your heroes will continue to battle with the same amount of HP and energy that remained after the previous fight.
