GOLDEN VALLEY - QUESTS BOOK F.A.Q.

QUESTS BOOK (located upper left corner of your game screen).

- Perform the updates in order the game release them working on several quests may be overwhelming ...
- IGNORE the new weekly updates.
- ALWAYS focus on the old ones.

The QUESTS BOOK is actually different to the left hand side as it will keep things in order & stop you from getting muddled as you work your way through quest lines. Players are finding it VERY useful!

It is MUCH easier to use the Quest Book as there are several quest lines on each page and each quest line has the whole list of missions next to it. This saves scrolling through the list on the left hand side and also you will know exactly which mission belongs to which quest line.

Recommended for new players:

📍 1. - Click on the Quests Book
📍 2. - Story-line tasks
📍 3. - Go to page 4, start with Golden Valley location
📍 4. - Click on "More"
📍 5. - Start with "Castle on a hill" (have 157 tasks).

Once you complete the story line tasks on Golden Valley location move to Snow Peak complete this and move to Green Hills, Grand Canyon etc.

At Shop, click on the right yellow arrow and scroll back to the first quest. You will see the quests tabs in the order they been released. The first is named "Castle on a hill", 2nd "Urban scenery", the 3rd is "Home made sweets"etc. Use the yellow arrows to scroll back and forth to view all the quests.

1. COMPLETED: - at this tab can be found all your game updates completed.
2. AVAILABLE UPDATES: - at this tab can be found the updates that are currently available to you.

❓ What is Food? How to obtain food? 🍔

Food is one of basic sources in the game. You need food to make the most of actions in game. Food is produced on:

- Fields, Sam's farm by growing high-quality products that will became food;
- in Gardens we can grow fruits that will became food;
- as reward for completing different tasks;
- as free gift from the Golden Valley Community;

- from visiting and helping friends:

- from the Shop/Important tab buying different Menus: Classic Menu costs 15 bucks provide 500 food, Original Menu costs 40 bucks provide 1500 food, Royal Menu costs 60 bucks provide 2.500 food.

Tips from players:
📌 1. When you collect food from farm/field the total not go above your storage amount (like mine is 1400) but when you visit neighbors, the 25 food you get from each visit and the rewards at 50 and 200 clicks do add to total above your storage. Before you start your neighbor visit try to have your food level at the maximum because then all you earn from visit add to your total. I use potatoes in farm and field for quick boost. I have 1 farm and 2 field and get 120 food in 90 seconds, if you do tomato that is 220 in 5 minutes so potato more profit and quicker in 4.5 mins you would get 360 food.
📌 2.When you are actively playing, use the shortest time on food and coin buildings for the best profit in both. When you are leaving the game for a bit, use longer time settings.
📌 3. Put Fields down - as many as you can that grow crops which give food and keep harvesting.
📌 4. Make sure to work on getting your fields & gardens built and upgraded but at same time keep up with your storage as you can only take what your able to store that should keep you in food for coins houses I find are the best resource if your in the game a lot to keep collecting from otherwise add some commercial buildings like the cafe, restaurant and etc .... Making sure to do your daily visits each day helps out as each click gives you coins & xp then the bonus of food and coins as well as your extra bonuses you get at 25, 50, etc...... Hope this helps some new players.

❓ How to obtain coins? 💰

Coins are basic currency in the game. You need it for manufacturing, building and commerce. You can produce coins by using deals in commercial buildings, also houses make coins (rent). Other ways to obtain coins are from visiting and helping friends, as reward for completing different tasks, as free gift from the Golden Valley Community.

To gain a lot coins, try to add Ice cream stand,and Hot dog stand, focus to upgrade them first to max level, once they are upgraded you can turn them on, on each minute,the ice car will bring you 150 coins pro minute, and on 5 minutes that's 400, but the costs are higher then ( so prefer the 1 minute ).
On the hot dogs cars will bring 25 coins each stand that's with 5 stands 125 coins per minute, and with 5 minutes 300 coins.
Also here ( prefer the 1 minute ).
Together they bring you on 1 minutes 275 coins.
Together they bring you on 5 minutes 700 coins.
So when you count that you launch them each minute thats 5 times 275 = 1375 coins.

Be sure to have enough Fields, and fill them with potatoes, they stand shortest and bring the most profit from all 4 options.

- To start earning coin off the land purchase the Hot Dog Stand/Classic, hot dogs will bring you a profit of 25 coins with the max of 60 coins on your New Yorker in 5 minutes of being on the grill.
- If you enjoying licking on Ice Cream from the stands your plain ice-cream will profit you 30 coins with the Creme Brulee topping the licking skills at 80 coins in a lickn' 5 minutes.
- Butch's Restaurant Drive - In, where the girls/gals still use their roller blades to serve you a hearty meal when completely upgraded will bring you 1900 coins every 4 hours.
- If your into using other buildings and are looking for more of a bang for your coin, the Supermarket "mother's Products" fully upgraded gives you 2600 coins (needed supplies are from the Cowshed/cottage cheese and the Factory "Sweet Home" for the Berry Pie.

❓ How to obtain bucks? 💵

You can earn Bucks by participating and winning in Golden Valley Community and
Golden Valley Official Group contests, as free gift from the Golden Valley Community. Daily log in, from visiting and helping friends. You can also buy bucks from the Bank or from the special offers made by developers.
You may use the bucks to speed up all the actions in the game and also to buy some extra buildings, resources and decor.

❓ What is happiness? 😊 How to increase happiness level?

Happiness is a resource which is necessary to build houses. You can improve the happiness in your town by decorating it. All the buildings in the Shop/Decor category improve the happiness, also some building in Commercial buildings category make people happier :)
Get your happiness levels up so you unlock houses, build them and upgrade them. The higher your happiness level the more houses are unlocked.

❓ Wish List! How to add an item to the Wish List? 📃

If you click the "plus" sign under the required item icon in the gift menu you can add it to your Wish list.

Your friends will see what gift you need. We can have just one item on the wish-list.

❓ How to send correctly free gifts! 🎁

1. Click the gift icon in the bottom left corner of the screen
2. Click "Send", choose a gift and press "Give" button
3. Choose "Show who's looking for" and press "Send all" button

Attention! You can receive limited amount of gifts. The maximum amount of gifts in warehouse equals to 50. Once we add an item on our Wish list is not visible to you just to your neighbors.

❓ What Scout's camp is and where is located? 🏕

Scout camp is the place where you can complete expeditions with your friends. You can get some of important resources (LOCAL MAPS) in this expedition.

Scout's camp is located across the waterfall. You need to open the land first than you get with help of your friends: LOCAL MAPS.
🗺️ Click on OPEN the Northern pass land. To open you need: 450 Food, 10.000 Coins, 10 Land documents (free gift), 15 Workers.

Railway Station

You need UNLOCK first the land THEN to restore/build the Railway station on all the locations Golden Valley, Snow Peak, Green Hills, Blooming Valley, Grand Canyon.
Once you build it you can transport the materials from one location to another using the train .
